Refunds (if applicable)  

Our refund policy applies to items damaged during transport and items you'd like to return within 14 days of delivery.

If you receive a damaged item, please send us a photo of the damage on the same day you receive the package, along with proof of the delivery date (e.g., tracking link or photo of the delivery document). In your email, please specify whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Please report any damage to your courier immediately so we can apply for the insurance claim.

If you simply don’t like the item you received, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs in this case. You may opt for a refund or a replacement.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)  

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often a processing time before a refund appears.

Processing Time  

Each piece is carefully crafted and packed by hand. Orders are typically processed within 7-14 business days. For custom or made-to-order pieces, I will provide an estimated timeline after confirming your order.

Shipping with Swiss Post  

All orders are shipped from Switzerland using Swiss Post, with pricing determined by the size and weight of the package. You will see the final shipping cost calculated at checkout based on these factors. 

Here are the standard shipping options available:

- Small Packages: Ideal for single or smaller items. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days within Europe and 10-20 business days for international destinations.

- Medium & Large Packages: For multiple items or larger pieces, delivery times are similar but may vary slightly depending on the destination and the size of the parcel.

Express Shipping is also available for faster delivery. Please select this option at checkout for quicker service, usually arriving in 2-5 business days within Europe and 5-7 business days internationally.

International Shipping & Customs  

I ship globally, and please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These costs are not included in the shipping price and are the buyer's responsibility. It’s a good idea to check with your local customs office for specific information regarding any potential charges.

Packaging  

To ensure your artwork arrives safely, I carefully pack each piece, using eco-friendly materials whenever possible. If you’re sending a gift, let me know—I can offer custom packaging and include a handwritten note for that extra special touch.

Gift Wrapping  

For special occasions, we offer beautifully crafted gift boxes made with high-quality materials. Each box is tailored to fit your selected piece, and a handwritten note can be included if desired. You can choose this option during checkout.

Certificate of Authenticity  

With every order, you’ll receive a certificate of authenticity. This includes details about the creation process, care instructions, and a guarantee of the porcelain and gold quality, where applicable. Each certificate is hand-signed for that personal touch.

Shipping Costs  

Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the package. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll see the final shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

Shipping Safety  

While I’ve successfully shipped large orders internationally (including delicate pieces like porcelain plates), occasionally breakages can happen. In such cases, I offer a full refund or replacement, with all extra costs covered by me. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I’ll ensure any issues are resolved promptly.

While Swiss Post is reliable, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to customs or other external factors. If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, or if there’s an issue with your delivery, please contact me at [your email address] for assistance.

Can I Commission a Custom Piece?

Absolutely! We love working on custom creations. However, there are limits to what we can accommodate, so let’s have a conversation first.

The essence of custom projects is the creative journey we embark on together. I’ll take the time to understand your vision, ask thoughtful questions, and, after a collaborative meeting, we’ll settle on a design that resonates with both of us.

Please note that we don't replicate pre-existing designs. Every custom order is a unique process, ensuring authenticity for both you and me.

Production times vary based on the complexity and the current workload. Custom orders are priced with a 20% increase over the standard piece's cost.

 Are Your Pieces Dishwasher, Oven, and Microwave Safe?

Yes, our pieces are dishwasher and oven friendly! However, a few things to keep in mind:

- Gold accents will naturally fade over time, even if cared for gently. For a longer lifespan, we recommend HAND washing or using the dishwasher at lower temperatures (around 40°C / 105°F).

- If the piece features gold or metal elements, avoid placing it in the microwave.

- Always allow gradual temperature changes to prevent cracking or thermal shock. For instance, don’t move porcelain straight from the fridge to a hot oven.

Non-glazed surfaces are more prone to staining, so it's best to clean any food residue promptly. If stains do occur, warm water with baking soda works wonders for cleaning non-glazed surfaces. A soft bristle brush can help with stubborn spots.
