Booking – Cancellation Policy
Refunds and Changes: We do not offer full refunds for cancellations. However, we understand that unforeseen events can occur, and we allow one complimentary date change up to 5 days before the scheduled workshop. Any changes made within 5 days to 2 hours prior to the booking will incur a 50% charge of the total price.
Gift Cards and Promotions: For bookings made with gift cards or promotions, half of the full (non-discounted) price of the workshop will be charged in case of cancellation or date change.
No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior notification will result in forfeiture of the booking without the option to reschedule or receive a refund. This policy applies without exception, including instances of illness or personal emergencies.
Attendance Responsibility: Participants enrolled in multi-session courses are responsible for attending all scheduled classes. In the event of a missed class, one makeup session may be arranged. However, missed sessions beyond one will not be compensated.

Finished Creations

Firing Disclaimer: Creations crafted during the workshop are subject to firing processes which may result in shrinkage, warping, or cracking. Additionally, glaze colors may change All these modifications are a natural part of the creative process and cannot be prevented. We do not offer refunds for unexpected results or damaged pieces.

Extra Pieces

Additional Creations: Each workshop includes a set number of items within the price. Participants wishing to create additional pieces may do so for an extra fee per creation. Payment for additional creations must be settled upon pickup, and unpaid items will not be released.

Prices

Price Variation: Prices for activities, materials, and shipping are subject to change without prior notice.

Pickup

Storage Period: Creations will be stored for up to 2 MONTHS from the date of notification for pickup. After this period, uncollected items will be subject to disposal, and handling fees may apply.

Participants

Responsibility: The individual booking on behalf of others assumes responsibility for pickup and/or payment of any additional materials. Failure to fulfill these obligations will result in the assumption of associated costs.

Course Cancellation

Cancellation Circumstances: Courses may be canceled due to insufficient enrollment or instructor illness. In such cases, participants may opt for a full refund or reschedule for another available date.

Shipping

Delivery Options: Upon request, creations can be shipped via mail. Please note that we utilize suitable packaging materials, but we cannot guarantee against breakage or loss during transit. Additional charges may apply for incorrect shipping information or returned parcels.

Studio Atmosphere and Conduct

Respectful Environment: Our studio is intended to provide a serene environment conducive to creativity. We request that participants maintain a respectful demeanor, refraining from loud conversations or disruptive behavior. Smoking, eating, or computer use is prohibited within the studio premises.

Consequences of Misconduct: Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disrespectful towards fellow participants or staff may result in expulsion from the premises, with no refund provided for the workshop or course fee.

Refund Policy

Non-Monetary Redemption: Gift cards hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for monetary refunds.

Usage and Changes

Usage Limitations: Gift cards are primarily valid for the specific workshop or course type selected upon purchase. Upon request, they can be applied towards other offerings by covering any price difference. Material costs, if not included, must be paid separately. Unused portions of the gift card cannot be refunded or transferred to other activities.

Expiration

Validity Period: All gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Bookings made after this period cannot be facilitated using the gift card. No discounts or refunds are available for expired gift cards.

Promotions

Ineligibility for Combining Promotions: Gift cards cannot be combined with any ongoing promotions or discounts.

Shipping

Global Delivery: Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of placement, using Swiss Post for worldwide delivery.

Shipping Details: Orders placed after 12 pm are processed from the following business day. Please note that the studio is closed on Sundays and Mondays, and these days are not counted in the processing time. To ensure timely delivery, it is advisable to place orders at least one week in advance.

Address Accuracy: The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. In the event of re-shipping due to an incorrect address, an additional invoice of 5 CHF will be issued to cover handling costs while the shipping cost will be invoiced twice.

Price Adjustments

Subject to Change: Prices for activities and materials are subject to periodic adjustments, and we reserve the right to modify them accordingly.
